goooood mornin...another day of not going to the gym...havent been in the gym since wednesday...guess i just needed time off...was gonna go in this morning...but just never crawled outta bed to go...mabye tomow...then again...mabye not..might just wait till monday to get back in the habit...the food plan is going great....and the peanut butter cookies mom made, are still sittin in the cookie jar...lol...i did finally have one...im proud of myslf for only having one...but i can tell im gettin better about not eating snacks like i once did...sure i could sit down and eat 4 or 5 of them...but then id feel guilty for letting myself down...im trying really hard this year to stick with the plan of eating better and exercising ...ive decided the extra weight im still carrying isnt gonna come off like the first 80 pounds did...and thats ok ...i kno that now im toning whats left and that as long as i stick close to what i need to and dont over eat, then the weight will keep coming off ...i also figured out that having my 2 scoops of protein at one setting along with the yogurt mixed in the shake an water...that ..that fills me just like a meal would...i did look for dannon dan active yogurt at walmart and yes they had it...but they didnt have the berry and that was the one with the least carbs...sooooo...i will just continue to eat what i am...an cut carbs another way...40-50 carbs a day for me is just about right...it seems...looks like another cool day with showers later today...bring back them 70 degree days im ready...we actually had snow flurries yesterday..not enough to cause any problems...melted off just about as fast as it fell...but with the wind yesterday didnt take much to make it seem really cold...well...gonna get up an have breakfast an get the bed made...get my day started...have a great one...
