Two pieces of toast with peanut butter. 1 half pizza with hummus. One and one half cups melon. 5 crackers. 20 almonds.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week
