started my period ~__~ feeling awful, eating 100-200 more than usual today since its heavy.

17 more days until school starts, realizing I can't rush the fact that school is coming closer and going on a 1200 calorie deficit is too much and dangerous. Ill be fine with 1 to 1 1/2lb weightloss per week, at least 118lb by the time school starts ~
