I almost have the same oatmeal set up but I put the royal medjool dates and mixed berries. Sweet with a tang. Yum 😋

this was my goto "cheat meal" when i was baby stepping into keto when i craved something sweet. I haven't eaten oats in over almost 2 years now though, but just seeing them and i can recall the heavenly smell, i cooked mine the same but i used pet can milk and added egg whites in mine minus the dates.

Eating oatmeal brought my cholesterol down. I add prunes, blueberries, vanilla extract and cinnamon or sometimes natural applesauce to give it sweetness. I stay away from sugar and artificial sweeteners as much as possible. Wishing you success!
