I got down to 221 before my cruise. I went on the cruise and I got out of my daily routine. I have slipped a bit but I'm back. I felt soooo much better when I was losing weight. It is time to buckle down. I begin my new job playing music full time next week with The Holiday Band (holidayband.com). I don't mind being called the short guy in the band. What I don't want is to be called "the little short fat guy" in the band. It's time to get back to my daily workouts and watching my diet. Time for a positive change. This is a happy time in my life and I'm I want to be around a while to enjoy it.

Welcome back! Read your profile, avoiding diabetes is the way to go, that's part of my motivation to lose weight. Just get back to what you were doing before because it worked. Best wishes for your success.
