So I think I need to believe now that I am not physically capable of getting as low as my goal weight (190 lbs) without some seriously strenuous weight loss tactics. The exercise routine that I put myself through has increased my fitness level beyond what it ever was, and many are saying that I've simply developed muscle mass. So I'm going with the idea that it is no longer possible. In some ways I think this is good, as I still have kept an average of 35-40 lbs off for the past 2 years, and my performance is better than ever. I'll have to reevaluate my goals now.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
