My daughter and I tried the fathead pizza for the first time yesterday. It was yummy, I ate too much but it did help the pizza fix. Pizza is one of the things that I truly miss. I did not like how it looked on the scale this a.m. tho. I am trying a new ketogenic tool today and am excited to see how my results change by using it. It will help me to make better choices! Cold is finally enough better that I intend to get back on the steps challenge. 275,000 for the month of August - I am behind. Happy Monday FS Warriors .....Warrior ON!

Sometimes when I need a pizza fix, I make little grilled zucchini pizzas (zucchini slices topped with pizza fixins), or grilled pizza using a flour tortilla shell as the crust (you could bake this too), or mini English Muffin pizzas...I ALWAYS have a jar of pizza sauce in my fridge for this..ALWAYS lol

No tortilla shell or english muffin for me at this time! But I like the idea of the zucchini pizza. I might try to crust them with pork rinds (ground) and egg, frying them and then topping them. Great suggestion.

I will sometimes do a small Domino's thin crust. No cheese, green pepper and onion.

Alright now buddy, got to get you together over there (smile). Just eat the toppings off the pizza next time and keep it moving. But, today is a new day to get back into ketosis once again.

I make a cauli crust pizza. It really helps with the pizza craving, and it really is great!
