I'm going to have a go to attain the daily stats, and make it a fun game. I know I am now in ketosis as I'm not really hungry, not even thinking about food, just focussing on being healthy. The good thing about these stats is that they are not set in stone.

1500 kcal Daily Calorie Intake
40 g Carbohydrates (11%, 160 kcal)
80 g Protein (21%, 320 kcal)
113 g Fat (68%, 1020 kcal)

Good luck with this. I hope this works for you. You may have to tweak it. I cannot go over 25g carbs and lose. My metabolism is just too slow. I eat no flour, sugar, pasta, baked goods, sugar or fruit. Some people have to give up dairy but so far I have been able to keep dairy and really don't want to give it up. I do a lot of versions of crack slaw. If you like cabbage by all means check it out. I also love bulletproof tea (not a coffee drinker). Good luck my fs friend.
