I didn't even bother recording my food yesterday I ate like crap! I think I know why I've been eating like crap this month... I just started TOM for the third time this month and am feeling really frustrated because I was supposed to have my hysterectomy this month but can't because of not being released from my back and now I have Bronchitis again... I'm getting real fed up with this crap and just want to go back to working out and losing weight!
