Feeling ache in the shoulder but atleast it’s not pain

Tim my shoulder is like 80% good. No surgery, I eased back in. Lots of clicking. I have to get it position for a lift and do one rep and let it clock in place then it’s good. No pain tho, unless I don’t let it click in place
