So i’m not sure how I feel about this week. I felt like I went above and beyond on my calorie count and that my weigh in last week was just due to salt intake or something like that so I guess I was expecting to see a big number here but I am happy about the 2 pounds. I guess I’m still just confused about how my body is mistreating me on the scale. The only thing I am possibly leaning my head on is that I may be building muscle offsetting the fat loss. I mean I was skiing Saturday and Sunday for about 6 hours each day. That’s some major cardio and my legs are making me pay the price today so there had to be some burn going on there. Who knows I am just so sick of the 180’s and am starting to accept the fact that I am not going to get to my goal by the wedding and that I may be overshooting the end goal in general. I just don’t remember this being so hard when I was losing a majority of the weight. On a positive note the wedding is about a month away and I am only 1 pound from 75% to goal and almost to that all important 100 pounds lost mark. Just gotta keep my chin up and keep pushing forward hopefully not into a wall.

Milestones:
1.0 lbs - 75% to goal and COLOR CHANGE!!!!!
12.1 lbs – 100 pounds lost
21.3 lbs – According to BMI I will be considered in the normal range
30.6 lbs - To THE GOAL LINE!
