Good morning everyone! Lost an hour of sleep. I do not appreciate it haha. Especially since my friends were at my house so late so I couldnt go to bed. Up early today for church. Ugh... Very tired. Stayed the same today, weight wise. Once again, I feel like I didnt eat enough yesterday. Today We are going to my Moms house for lasagna. I will try for more calories again today and get more exercise in. Im not sure what to do about tomorrow (Pi/Pie day). It is being held at my in-laws house and my mother in law is making the dinner and there will surely be nothing healthy on Pi day... plus the fact that we have to taste test every pie. Any suggestions?
Hoping for nice weather today and also hoping we all do well today! Have a good day everyone!

I forgot to set my clocks ahead. Was getting ready for church and realized I'd missed the first service when I read your comment. UGH! Oh well, another one coming up at 10. I lost a pound from yesterday...beginners luck!

Don't know what Pi day is all about, but would a fork of each be acceptable? or one slice of the one you want most and then be sure to track it in your journal. Challenges are a constant in life, it is how you decide to work thru them that is the lesson learned. Is pure obstention possible every time? May not be realistic in the long run.

ooh I forgot about pi day.. I should make pot pi tomorrow. My husband will be thrilled.

Yeah small bites i guess, thats a hard task. Also just since you know your doing that, eat as lights of meals the rest of day as possible. Well though it may be challenging have fun!
