Good morning everyone! I woke up to my husbands alarm clock at 5am and have been up every since... on my day off! Boo! Been prowling around facebook, pinterest, and other sites lol. Finally made my way here.

Thank you for the insane amount of support yesterday on my new low, and new BMI category! It's amazing to think that I'm only 30lbs overweight! I know some people would freak out over that, but when you start at 140lbs overweight... thirty is something to celebrate lol. Celebrate I did, by composing a new before/after picture and sharing it on facebook. I got the idea when I dropped my kids off in tot watch at the gym because you have to leave photo ID there to identify yourself when you pick up the kiddos (IF you pick up the kiddos.. haha) I looked at my ID and thought "nobody will ever believe that's me". And it's still good for another two years!! So here it is, my drivers license photo vs. a picture of me I took yesterday...



I didn't smile for comparison purposes lol. Holy hell, I found my chin and neck, and ohhh look... a jaw line! Side by sides always blow my mind, as you don't notice the changes as they happen. I honestly don't think I would have been able to do it without all of the support and friendships I have found here. Thank you <3

I got 3.5 miles in at the gym yesterday, bringing my total miles to 27.5. I ran two miles and got the rest of the miles on the bike. Today I will be 'for real' biking after my husband gets home this evening. Looking forward to it!

Today I have a doctors appointment (Imagine that) for some anxiety issues I have been having. Experiencing a lot of shortness of breath and heart palpitations, so because I'm no good to anyone dead I decided to take the plunge and call the doctor. Ironically, the impending appointment is giving me anxiety lol. Say a prayer for me, I just want to feel like me again.

Thank god its Friday!! Tomorrow is the big day, celebrating the anniversary!! We are going to go to cedar point and ride all the big scary rides we can't ride with the kids. I think we are going to go on the sling shot too. Google it, it's insane!! They pretty much sling you 360ft in the air. What a rush lol.

So I was pondering on my recent big drop on the scale and the only real change I've made is that I've been eating more carbs lol, isn't that odd?? I'm going to roll with it, maybe my body feels safer burning the fat now that I'm eating more carbohydrates. I'm going to increase to 150g/day on days that I track and see where that takes me. The human body is so funny.
