first time in a long time I had a toasted egg sandwich for breakfast so passed up the fruit. Yummy! Stepped out for dinner and had the most delicious and tender beef ribs! Of course, corn bread and ate half of the macaroni salad. Still came in under 100 carbs for the day but my percentage was 24%. I aim for <20% for weight loss.
