I started my Atkins on July 1st and just discovered this web today. I am so excited because I think this web will help me in my diet program as it can estimate my daily intake of nutrition. For the past 4 days I really count on my carbs daily intake and I think I've made it. I hope I can achieve 10 kg lost in this fasting month. Which I just get up for early meal at 5 am and breaking my fast at about 7.30 daily. Have to drink lots of water. At least 3 liter a day. Carbs no more than 20gram daily. I want to look good in my engagement day. I can do it.
