Saw my nutritionist yesterday. One goal I have is to incorporate some organized exercise in my daily routine. I have to be careful though as I broke my my back in 2012 and it still gets sore from time to time. Does anyone have any ideas? I don't have the money to join a gym so it would have to be something I could do at home.

Who needs a gym! Walking is free, start with just half a mile and then build up from there.

Leslie Sansone "Walk Away The Pounds" videos are a great way to start. They are low impact but you can break a sweat doing them. They might have some at local library. You can view some at collagevideo.com or look at reviews on amazon.com. Remember when you do a workout dvd, you can always walk in place if something is too difficult. Always use common sense and listen to your body.
