Don't get down on yourself, that can lead to a cycle of feeling bad/eating. But do listen to Puhpine, maybe this is something to learn from. Even if it's not your body telling you it's needing something but maybe just your way of handling stress/problems, you can learn from that also and make changes. Regardless, try and put it behind you. Every time we slip and fall it's also a chance to get up, stand strong and make a new start. :)
