It's my birthday so I am thinking about giving myself the day off from recording food. I am still being careful what I eat. But one of my daughters and I are going to IHOP for the free short stack today. They must have known it was my birthday.
Oh, the Wii Fit told me happy birthday this morning and threw confetti. Much too funny!

Thanks for the comment on my journal. Do you have an iPhone or Android operating system smartphone? If so, you can download "Calorie Counter by Fat Secret"...It has a list of TONS of restaurants with all of the nutrition info for each food item, IHOP included :)
