doing good this week :-) Have a new part time temp job, people seem nice, office is a bit hectic but not all day and all is well. I've stayed on my woe. Tring to eat OMAD and keeping that close to a no/low carb type of meal, oh and my 2 T oat bran (made like oatmeal) in the morning (that helps me) and a sandwich and green vegie with little tomatoes for a late lunch, plus nonfat plain yogurt with cinnamon or no sugar jello for a little treat and of course my herb tea & a lot of water through out day. So hope I can keep this up! Having a job, even though it is just from 8-2, helps keep me away from the all day grazing eating! BUT the other girl in the office is bringing in candy for the guys which I will have to resist. Normally I can resist it but this will be chocolate! I'll just try to keep the mental view that this candy is for the GUYS not me lol. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take care to ALL :-)
