Started a new component to my workout yesterday. Rowing. My son was with me in the gym, and the companionship made everything go so much faster. He introduced me to the rowing which really worked the arms, stomach and legs. The resistance and strength building was something I hope to throw into the mix-up for my body.

On cardio, I upped the mets by increasing my inclines.

For food, I made a really tasty Navy Bean, Kale, Rosemary and Roasted Garlic soup. For my family, I might add some chipotle peppers to it. For me, it was perfect.

My blood pressure continues to be consistently lower as does my resting BPM. Plus, so close to 10 pounds down.

Hurray!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
