Day 1 getting started here. Wanted to keep an online journal of my progress and what I eat. I did the Atkins diet about 6 years ago and it was soooooo easy. I didn't even try hard and it just melted off. Now it's a constant struggle. Officially started Atkins on May 2. Lost about 6 lbs the first couple weeks and have since stalled completely. I need to relax and just let it happen.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 June 2014:
