Just ran across this site by accident. Have just started to try again to lose this weight that plagues me. Of course this is the millionth diet I have attempted-- each time I gain it back plus a bonus gift! I know that my body is attached to all this flab but it is just gonna have to let it go. We all have to make sacrifices, after all. Relinquish the thigh flab!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
