Eggs and 1 piece of bacon for breakfast, salmon on a bed of salad for dinner..not bad, right? Well lunch was a reese pb cup and an apple, after dinner had a hand full of chips, some trailmix, and a chocolate covered ice cream bar..regroup tomorrow...
