This is the 5th day and now moving to the 2nd phase of the Digest Diet called Fade Away. It goes on for 10 days. Instead of two shakes for breakfast and lunch it suppose to be a replacement for only one meal, though I have done both meals and have been fine. There is a lot of soup recipe options for this phase and I like to make a few different ones and portion them out and freeze them. When I need one I just grab it out of the freezer and through it in my lunch box or eat at home. The soups are really good and my kids like to eat them two, bonus points!
