Wow. I sure had a fun day, but it has played some havoc with my diet. I do really well with my meals when I'm at home, but I want to snack more then. When we go out for the day, I don't really snack, but when we eat out I have more trouble figuring out my calorie count, etc. I think I probably ate less today by being out of the house, but I'm not really sure, since I did not cook it myself. I know I only had two meals, and that is not really the best way to eat. But I also did not really stuff myself. In fact I brought home some lunch. And because I was not sitting in front of the TV, but in front of some live musicians I did not even want a snack. I also did not get all my exercise in before leaving, but I realized when I got home that I actually walked for 1 3/4 hours through a museum, so I really did get the rest of my exercise in today. :-)
