I'm not sure i trust my scale, the is no way me and my daughter is the same weight. But I've been at the 1 (detox)phase for 4 days, and now starting the 2nd phase (lean and steady). But I can see my upper waist doesn't petrude like before and that was a concern. Plus I feel less out of breath.
