If anyone is trying to refer to the Digest Diet food entries from my menu and follow along, please bear in mind that there seems to be a limited selection on the choice of size or ounces that one can select from so the caloric intake is going to be off that what Fat secret post. The only thing I know is what the recipe calls for and it is free recipes for the shakes on the Readers Digest Diet website. I just post the books calories beside the name of the food item.
