I started my weight loss journey on 3/21/14 weighing 224 pounds. I have lost a total of 26 pounds to date. I am now starting to exercise using my xbox 360. I bought The Biggest Loser Ultimate weight loss program. OMG it kicked my butt. I only did it for 20 minutes and I am hurting all over. I burned a whole 53.9 calories. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

I meant to say I started my diet March not May. I am losing an average of 12 pounds a month. My problem is going to be excess skin. I have always been afraid of losing weight for that reason.
