I got to meet my Great grandson, Teddy for the first time last night. He is 3 months old and is the best little boy. My heart is filled with so much love! This is why all my hard work thru this fitness/ health journey is worth it. Family is everything!

Thank u everyone! I went over and got to spend alittle more time with him today. Such a strong and happy baby! Got to see my oldest granddaughter as well. I'm in my happy place now for sure!
