Well, today started out well. I sure am glad I began well with lots of fiber and good choices in food. I am just a little over my calorie allotment and there was very little fiber in my dinner, but breakfast and lunch made up for that. I also got to enjoy an almost forbidden taste: a bite or two of chocolate. :-) So I was kinda bad, but it was Valentine's Day, and we were cooking together, so what can I say, I was swayed by love.
