got on the scale this morning - up 3 pounds - i did overeat some last week so i was prepared to see a gain, but i was thinking mayber a pound, not 3. i'm not dwelling on it though. i've been walking so much that i feel great and will focus on staying active rather than the number on the scale - i'm thinking of switching to an every other week weigh-in

If you are feeling good, then you must be doing something right. Keep up the walking! :) Don't stress too much about the number on the scale. How your clothes fit and how you feel are much more important than a number on a scale. How often do you weigh yourself? I like to weigh myself almost everyday just to keep myself inline...if the number starts to go up too much I know I need to watch what I am eating a bit more closely...but I don't dwell on a pound here or there.

If you ate into the evening that is quite common. Anyway hold back a little and it will be gone in a single day.
