ok back to good days. Ate out at lunch. Chose lentil soup bowl which I ate half of. Greek dinenr salad and the crust off of a piece of baked bread. Not so bad. Delicious and I was full. Going to gym tonight also. Eating out with girls at bonefish grill. Plan to have a glass of red wine, ahi tuna sashimi and edemame. PERFECT.
