Feeling pretty good, sunny again (woohoo) and burning the calories. I'm still pretty busy with many dogs boarding so it's great exercise. Going in and out with them. Felt good to go down just a couple of pounds. My new baby goal---10 lbs to 299.

Been drinking a little bit of protein before getting to work, think it helps. Then trying to eat or have some protein throughout the day. Easter was a bit worn out by end of day, so had salad with two Wendy's patties no bun (craving meat--trying to not have it often) and was afraid to weigh in today, but it was good. I thought the salt from the patties would have bloated me or something. Back to my chicken and fish for the week. Have all my chicken cooked and ready to eat when I get home. That's the tough part of working 7 days a week.
