Today is the second day of working with this program. I will need to purchase book in order to follow program I would like. I am excited and nervous at the same time. I have joined a couple of challenges. They seem to be ones that work best for me right now.
I am concerned with the diet choice I made because there has been no activity for this particular diet plan for over a year. But is only for 90 days. If it is not working I can try something else.
