gooooood morning...really expected to be sore when i got up this morning...but im happy to report not the lest bit sore from yesterdays workout...i am unhappy to report my weight is up just alittle ...and i have to say that the days i do weights its like i just cant seem to quit eating...im sure the weight gain is water or muscle as its not all that much...1/2 pound...that could be a trip to the potty room...lol..and its also really hard to get up an go to the gym after a weight routine the previous day...didnt want to get up an go to the gym but im up an dressed and counting down the minutes till its time to head out once again...but could of slept thru my workout an felt guilty for not making myslf get up an go...would of been so easy...o well...i keep tellin myslf spring is gettin closer an them cold mornings of not wanting to get up will soon be a thing of the past...time to close this for now an head out an start the vech....and let it warm up alittle before i get out in the cold..yes this morning no 30s...18 with a wind chill of 6...so...brrrrrrrrr....lol...have a greattttttt one...

addon: back from the gym...always great feeling once i get done..today was just cardio, but i also decided to do some leg presses just to add that into cardio on tuesdays an thursdays...so did 15 on the recumbant bike, then loaded up the leg press...leg press slide alone is 50 pounds an i knew i could do that..so added another 45 on each side...3x12x90 +50 was a breeze...so got off press and added another 90...3x12x180+50...even that was easy..im sure all the walking and cardio has made my legs very strong...got off press again...and added another 90...3x12x270+50...was starting to get heavy, but i could still do my 3 sets..so got off again...and added another 90...was to much..couldnt even move the sled...soooooo...took the last 90 off..and put 50 on...was able to do 1x12x320+50...i was amazed at how much i could do on the leg press...so hopefully if im not to sore tomow...lol...i will be back at doing an upper body workout...

I am so proud of you that you went even when you didn't want to. All the exercise can make you hungry and like I've said before I think you should plug your numbers into one of those sites and see what you should be eating and maybe try it for a couple of weeks. It can't hurt and it may help and with all that exercise you do...you want to make sure you are burning fat and not muscle..just a thought! Happy Tuesday!

do you have a site to pass along...at one of my doctor visits my doctor told me i could eat 1600 calories an still work off the weight...but tht was when i was just walking...
