I found a exercise I really like. I have been Latin dancing. It has the salsa, cha-cha and merengue. I like the merengue the best. After only a few minutes I'm sweating like crazy (I almost never sweat). It is so much fun, before you know it your 40 minutes are done. Even after I'm done I find myself cha-chaing in the kitchen while cooking supper.
