welllll the "IT" box strikes again! Here I thought I was on the way Down, down, DOWN & "IT" shows a little creep up (153.6 not posted) BUT Thats ok, I know I'm doing my woe 100% and I feel good so you can't 'trick' me "IT". I am NOT going to give up, even though I have a lunch out program to go to today, I am going to choose what is good for me & stay within my woe. Fortunately it is at Red Lobster and there are always good choices I just hope they let me choose what I want and not put the potatoes & biscuits on my plate!
