Well so far so good after my weekend of torrid junk food bingeing. Got chicken breasts, veggies, and fruit. Oh and string cheese. Which I forgot to bring to work today and I'm REALLY wanting one. Boo. Will have to fight the urge to eat whatever junk my bf gets tonight and make a salad instead. I'm up like 2lbs right now but I think it's mostly water retention from all the sodium... At least I hope... We'll see. Ha. I'm downing hot green tea like crazy today because I'm all congested and it's really the only thing that takes away some of the pressure.

String cheese deserves its own food group. I've been making... well, I don't know what to call it, but my brother calls 'em pasta dogs. I turn a whole wheat hot dog bun into garlic bread (bun), then top with a string cheese stick, marinara, and parmesan. With the right ingredients it's actually pretty diet friendly.

the thing i like about string cheese is that you can eat it really slowly and you might not eat too much
