I craved pancakes. Instead I made a melt in your mouth muffin by Em Elless. I used a pat of butter then Walden's sugar free syrup on top after I cooked it in the microwave. Was awesome stopped my craving for pancake and did not have to whip egg whites. A little over 6 net carbs but was so worth it.
