I feel quite bloated. I've been doing great, always passing up on any snacks the rest of my family makes and eating food which is healthy for me. Up until now, I've managed to basically avoid anything even if it's right in my face. But today I went over to a friend's house... She offered me pepsi and crisps and even after declining multiple times she insisted and so eventually I just gave in and ate what she gave me. There were chicken nuggets too, but I buckled down and kept away from them :D I'm still trying to avoid meats and eventually transition into vegetarianism. Even though that knocked me right off track I didn't feel down in the dumps and just stuffed my face, instead I got right back on track. All in all, proud of myself!
