Went to see Captain America: The Winter Soldier last night after working out. Split a small bag of popcorn with my wife (370 calories) and enjoyed a pretty awesome movie. It was a pretty great night. oh yeah and got home in time for game of thrones!!!

Going to the gym around 6-7. Gonna do the usual hour of cardio. This time I am going to try one of the other locations of Gold's Gym and see which one I like better.

Goal for tonight: 800 calories Burned in 1 hour :)
