FINALLY, my exercise log give me automatic options, like the "recently eaten" menu in the food section. It's only taken FS 3 months to figure out that I pretty much do the same workout every day :-P

Still haven't weighed in since I forgot last week. After a weekend of not counting calories, I don't want to know. I'll do it on Friday...probably.

*Update* Catered lunch at work today, ugh. I'll be lucky to stay withing my RDI because of that, and I didn't even eat the bread (but I did eat the truffles).
