I planned to do an hour of cardio last night. Forgot Gold's Gym closes at 10 pm Friday night. So I only got 45 minutes of cardio in. The tiny skinny girl that worked there was turning all the lights off while I was still working out.Plus side I still burned 650 calories and I only ate 78% of my RDI. Which I probably need to increase because lately I am anything but sedentary. Let the good times roll
