I ate within my Dukan Plan woe BUT I ate way too much meat, a lot of steak (roast slow cooked very lean) hamburger (also very lean & grass fed beef) and chicken thighs (not as much but no skin) I think I need not to do my food prep all at once since I want to eat it all! But the "IT" box on the floor didn't show any increase, at least I don't think it did, it was either 154.8 or 155.8 I can't remember and didn't write it down right away. So my plan is to eat lighter today (hopefully) and weigh in the morning. I did drink a lot of water so maybe that all helped move the protein along. We will see. I was a little depressed yesterday and didn't do much. I was out of work all week and nothing yet as far as PT Jobs from the temp agency I'm registered at, which is a bummer. And a few other personal things but today is a new day and I feel a bit better.
