Weighed myself this morning. Didn't like what I saw but as I know, tomorrow, I could be back to 132 again. That's what keeps me keep a record of my diet log every day even though I've reached my goal.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
