Yippee did my grocery shopping & food prep (at least some of it) for the "Attack" week Phase 1 :-) I also stopped at the gym and rode the bike & elliptical for 30 min (the Dukan plan says walking for at least 20 min a day & 6 cups water to help). So I'm feeling good. So glad I got this over this morning and I feel good since after that I found out I had a nail in my car tire (this is the second time in just a feww months!) and someone took a no trespassing sign and just got in a dumpy mood. WHICH if it that happened earlier (than grocery shopping) I would have gone OFF my plan. Which, I asked myself, "gee whiz JMA who would that be helping & would it solve anything?" So thank goodness I thought this out a little bit before jumping back into the 'dumps'! Interesting, I really know that if I eat clean & don't drink alcohol for 3 days then I feel so good! But for some reason I revert (or have in the past) back to old habits and then feel YUCK. Ok remember this JMA! Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & take care to ALL :-)
