OK-I am forreal this time! I am ready to really get focused, lose weight, eat right! I am going on vacation with my boyfriend in May. BACKGROUND: We have been together for about 1.5 years. We had an instant connection the moment we met and were allllll about going out to eat, indulging each other (showing off), a lot of calamari appetizers-LOL! We both gained a lot of weight but are madly in love. As of now, we are both on individual work out plans, and have different food diets as well. Overall, it's time to lose wieght FORREAL this time because 1. I FEEL overweight when I look at myself 2. I gain a new size everytime I go to buy clothes 3. I want to look AMAZING when we go on vacation--which will consist of someone's beach with a lot of sun, sand, and 25% clothing.
Please if anyone can help me, talk to me daily or as much as possible to keep my strong in the fight to lose weight, I'd really appreciate it, and definitely return the favor.
