No more dairy products!

I drink a lot of Almond Breeze. Lots of calcium, and yummy for me. This morning I tried Lisanatti Pepperjack "cheese" for the first time and it seemed to have a fair amount of protein, as well.

You can still get your calcium from leafy greens, etc :)
