I was on spring break last week, so I took a vacation from the diet too (but not the gym). I thoroughly enjoyed eating whatever sounded good and also drank more beer than I normally would. I have no doubt that I put on a few pounds, but I totally deserve it. It's ok, it was a much needed break!
