new beginnings2014 's Journal, 21 March 2014

Okay I went to the exercise physiology appointment. She was very nice and was happy with my workout schedule. She said I'm doing very good so far with exercise and eating. She wants me to start on some certain machines at the gym but she wants me to wait at least a month or two to lose more weight first. I did weigh there but like she said every scale is different so tomorrow I'll weigh on the scale at the gym since that's the one I've been using. I was very shocked and excited to see what her scale said!! I'm crossing my fingers that it will be the same at the gym. She had one of those nice scales that are meant for people overweight. The one at the gym is like those old scales back in the day before these high tech scales came out that you have to slide the thing on top and it has to even out in the middle. Lol.. I don't know what they're called or if they even have a certain name. So tomorrow afternoon I'll be heading to the gym. When I woke up this morning I felt a little pain but that's good. I'm hoping I'll be able to do a whole mile in the pool by the end of this month. If not it's ok.
